Members will be invited to vote on a shortlist of destinations that have already passed an initial feasibility review. The organisers retain final responsibility for safety, accessibility, visas, timing, cost and practical delivery.
Planning begins about one year ahead. That time matters because members have jobs, children, school calendars, church responsibilities, finances, passports, visas and limited vacation time.
